As Lazio prepare for another fixture after their Europa League exploits, coach Davide Ballardini is confident that his team have turned a corner and will not suffer from fatigue when they come up against Fiorentina.
"They have great players, but we are ready," he declared to Datasport.
"Whoever is picked will be fine - it's true that we played on Thursday but those who leave for Florence will not have any particular discomforts. We are ready.
"We know that the game tomorrow is against a team who are in great form and are at the top [of the league]. We will have to be very strong in our concentration and in our play because we have the ability to go far.
"We are at the start of the season. Yes, we have played a lot of games and not done so well in some of them, but everything is fine. It underlines the team spirit.
"Now we will really start to play some good games. This is the right path."
